Do I need to meet my dog walker before booking?
Yes — and we recommend it. Each new dog comes with a complimentary meet and greet session where we find out what your dog does for a living and his/her personality traits, as well as special care requirements, so that we can know our dog on him/her before the first walk.
Do you do weekend or last minute dog walking?
Absolutely. Weekend walks are available as an extra for $10 per visit and same day or last minute requests are available for an extra $15.
If someone else is not available to walk my dog regularly, what can I do?
Having a team member who has been trained alongside your team, on the same care standards means that a second team member can come on board without any problems, using the same visit notes and routine your dog is used to.
Do you provide updates during the walk?
Yes. The app will provide photo updates and a complete visit report as soon as the walk is complete, allowing you to know as much as you can about your dog’s day.
